Overview
Schedule Bid allows for the measuring of distance between a tutor and a tutoring location. This is to ensure the distance is withing the tutor's MTD (maximum travel distance).
Therefore all locations other than In-Home must have an address or lat/long to enable TutorFirst to calculate these distances.
In SB10 we discussed that the use of In-Home will defer to the student's address in the student record when calculating travel distances.
If you have added a location like Starbucks, Online or Central Library they too will need an address or lat/long for Schedule Bid to work.

To Confirm Address and Geo Locate a Location
1. In the main menu select: Locations > Select Program > Associated Locations.
2. If Geo Located the Lat/Long will display in the panel.
3. If there is no geolocation then press the edit pencil top right of the panel.
4. Enter the address and close the edit popup.
5. Check to see the lat/long next to Geolocate.

6. If the address and Lat Long is not found by Google Maps you may enter the Lat Long manually by following the instructions in SB12.
