How to use Schedule Bid when the session will be in the student's home.

In Home Location
1. When creating a schedule that will take place in a student's home the location must be: In Home
2. TutorFirst will know this is the student's home and look in the student record for the geo-located address of the student to compare to the max travel distances for the tutors.
3. The student must have 'Can Host Session', checked off in their record. This is on by default.
Student Address in Default Emails
4. When the Schedule Bid email is sent and the location is In-Home the street, town, state and zip will be included for the tutor to decide if the location is conducive for them accepting the job.
For security of the student, the house number is not included in the address. When the successful claimant is assigned to the job they will have access to the full address from the student record.
