How to create a custom schedule report to report on schedules sent for Schedule Bid.

Create Custom Report
1. Go to: Tools - Custom Reports
2. Click on Create New Report and select Schedule Report.
3. In the Left hand area called Available Fields search or scroll to find the minimum following fields and click on the field to transfer them to your Selected Fields.
- Schedule ID
- Schedule Status, if you have sent and assign a status.
- Session Tutors (Who was assigned the schedule bid)
- Tutor ID (ID of tutor invited on the schedule bid)
- Tutor Name (Name of tutor invited on the schedule bid)
- Tutor Assignment Status
- Tutor Response
- Tutor Response Availability
- Tutor Response Suitability
- Offer Notes
4. In the area called Grouping, group the report by Schedule ID then by Tutor ID. This is essential.
5. Press PREVIEW at the bottom of the screen to see results.
6. Tutor Name is a tutor who has received a schedule bid email. If there is information in Tutor Name then the schedule was sent for bid. If Tutor name is blank it was not sent out to bid.
7. If Session Tutors is Unassigned then the schedule does not have an assigned tutor yet.
8. You can add a rule to sort the report buy any schedule assignment or schedule number. Where the rule is: Schedule ID > equal > Schedule number.
Use Custom Report to Find Errors
9. You could create rules to find errors. For example:
- Rule of Tutor Response > equal > interested
- and
- Rule of Session Tutors > equal > unassigned
10. The results would show the schedule ID's you need to work on.
